 I am currently using the Adorama service called Printique which serves North America only and prices are in USD as part of that integration (my sincere apologies to my fellow Canadians). This works well for North America but does not serve Europe and the UK. I will be looking for a service that allows for local currency and more global distribution in the mean time.
